The Week of 01/15/2018

No school Monday, January 15.
-This week the children will learn the letter Pp and the sense of smell.
-Pajama day is Thursday and Friday.
-Open registration has now begun. If you are interested in signing up your child for preschool, please call the school at 985-1972.
-Tuition is due as soon as possible.

The Week of 12/04/2017

This week the children will learn the number 4.
Christmas Program Info…
Thursday, December 14 at 9:00 a.m. / 12:45 p.m.
Friday, December 15 at 9:00 a.m.
*Doors open at normal time (no sooner)
*Bring 1 1/2 dozen cookies to your child’s room when you drop off your child.
*Everyone is welcome to attend and have a seat in the church upon arrival.
REGISTRATION NEWS….
Registration for returning parents will begin on January 2 and no sooner. You are welcome to bring in your registration on that day even if it is not on your child’s regualr school day.
*Registration opens to the public on Monday, January 8 when the doors open at 8:55 a.m.

 

The Week of 11/27/2017

This week the children will learn the letter Ww and the number 3.
Wacky Week
**On Monday and Tuesday wear your favorite shirt inside out.
**On Wednesday and Thursday wear wacky mis-matched clothes.
**Friday is wacky hair day!!

General Information

***Cold season is upon us!  If you would like to donate a box of tissues or paper towels to your child’s room, we would appreciate it.  Thank you!

School Delays – If Amherst schools are on a 2-hour delay, morning classes will be canceled.

Reminder- If you are interested in registering your child for preschool next year, please do so soon, as classes are filling up quickly.

During the school year we will be taking occasional walks around the block to explore nature.  Click the link for a Walking Field Trip Permission Slip to sign if you would like your child to participate in these walks.

We will meet rain or shine so please dress for the weather.

Reminder:
All snacks must be pre-packaged.  The teachers are not allowed to divide up a bulk snack (bags of cookies, pretzels, etc.).  This is an ODFJS regulation.
Please send in healthy snacks for the children.  We are trying to promote healthy eating habits.  Thank You.

**Please make sure all jackets, and book bags have names on them.
