Longest Night Worship

All are invited to join Pastor Arlen and Community Congregational, Vermilion U.C.C Congregational and Brownhelm U.C.C for a Longest Night Worship service Friday, December 21, held at Brownhelm U.C.C located at 2144 North Ridge Road Vermilion Ohio. Worship begins at 5PM.

Christmas Eve Services

St. Peter’s will be having two Christmas Eve services this year. The first on will be at 5PM and the second will be 10PM. We hope to see you for one or both services.

Congregational Meeting

The 2018 annual congregational meeting of St. Peter’s UCC takes place Sunday, December 16th following worship, in the sanctuary, for the purpose of electing church council officers to serve during 2019 and church board members to begin serving in 2019 and we will review the approved 2019 budget.

Christmas Cantata

Our Christmas Cantata is on Sunday, December 16 at the 10:00 service. The Sanctuary Choir, Handbell Choir, a trumpet player, clarinets, flute player, and our Oberlin Quartet will contribute to this beautiful cantata. Please join us.

Christmas Fund Offerings

For the month of December, St. Peter’s will be accepting offering for the Christmas Fund. Mission Winter Clothing Collection

The Mission Group is now collecting gently used and new winter clothing items to donate to Sub Zero Mission and the Great Lakes Church Homeless Outreach.     Our kiddos did a great job today singing and signing “Jesus in the Morning”! Their song sounded great! Since it was family Sunday, our preschoolers were the only ones in Sunday school and they learned about Daniel in the lion’s den!

    Today’s Sunday School lesson was Luke 19:1-10 the story of Zacchaeus. We had a craft of Zacchaeus in the tree. For snack we also had Zacchaeus in the tree! We also practiced our songs for next week…so plan on coming to family Sunday to hear us.
