We are just beginning to ramp up our nest season of Circle Six and are very excited about the future. We have added several new members and I would like to take this opportunity to welcome each of them. We are so very happy to have you join us and are blessed that you have chosen to serve our church and community with us!

We are in the process of completing our blanket project and are excited that Pastor Bev will be preforming a “Blessing of the Blankets” when they are finished. The blankets are then delivered to fellow church members and/or family members that are ill or shut-in.

Upcoming events include making and selling our very popular (and delicious) pumpkin rolls baked fresh in our church kitchen. If you haven’t already placed your order I suggest you do so as soon as possible before they’re sold out— only a limited quantity will be available. In December we will be holding our annual Cookie Sale. This is a great opportunity to get a plate of cookies either for yourself, a neighbor, a friend or anyone that may need to know someone cares.

We are also planning a new event in December called Polar Express. Our congregation and preschool parents will be given an opportunity to do some Christmas shopping for a couple of hours without their children. Circle Six will provide care, entertainment and crafts for the children. The movie Polar Express will be shown to the kiddos while parents and family do some Christmas shopping. Additional details will follow in the coming weeks.

In closing, I would like to extend an invitation to any and all women of our congregation who are not currently members of Circle Six to please come check us out. We meet the first Tuesday of the month in Fellowship Hall—September through June. For 2017/2018 our meeting times are 7:oo for November, December, January, February, March and May; 6:00 for April (Anniversary Dinner) and June (Picnic). If you have any question please feel free to contact me or any member.

Join us and bring a friend!

In friendship and Christ’s love,
Sally Readinger
