The VBS Mission project was “Nickels for Nets” to buy mosquito netting for the beds of children where Malaria is a problem. Our wonderful VBS kids raised $460! That’s almost 58 nets! Wow!
VBS 2018 is in the books, and was it ever fun! On our last day we found PEACE on the river…something we all need!!!! August Noisy Collection (August 26th) will go towards “Cram the Cruiser”. The Amherst Police Department “crams” a cruiser full of school supplies for children in Amherst that are in need of supplies. VBS is next week!
St. Peter’s is gearing up for our Block Party on SUNDAY, August 19th , 4-7 PM and would like to invite you, your family, neighbors, community groups and ministry groups. All ages are welcome to join us for food, games, live music, classic cars and lots of fun.
There will be a memorial service for Pastor Bev on Saturday July 28th at 11AM in the church Sanctuary. Following the service, there will be a reception in the Fellowship Hall. All are invited to come and celebrate her life and share in the memories created.

Cinderella Formal Wear St. Peter’s Mission Committee are collecting gently used Prom/Formal clothing and accessories through the end of July. Both male and female articles of clothing are acceptable. Items will be donated to Cinderella’s Closet for the upcoming school year. If you would like to donate, please bring your items to the church office.
Contributions of Peanut butter, Toilet paper, bars of hand soap, and boxes of mac and cheese are the requests for the month of June and July. Thank you for your generosity!
